Position summary
Janssen Research & Development is recruiting for a Co-op, Process Analytical Sciences, located in Malvern, PA.
During this co-op, the candidate will evaluate new technologies to support high throughput testing of chromatography techniques. These technologies will support the development of a wide variety of therapeutic biologics that include monoclonal antibodies, bi-specific antibodies, fusions, vaccines, and gene therapies. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about method optimization, current separation-based methods technologies, and how data is applied to formulation and process development decisions.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct execution of separation-based analytical assays for biologics drug development to quantify size variants.
· Optimize technologies to increase throughput while maintaining high data quality.
· Thrive in a team setting in a dynamic environment, contribute technical expertise to multiple large molecule programs, be proficient with documentation, and review of analytical data.
· Demonstrate excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills combined with technical, writing, and organizational skills as well as demonstrated attention to detail and record keeping.
· Address complex problems through the data analysis requiring strong process knowledge and in-depth evaluation of multiple variables.
