We are searching for the best talent for a Product Engineer- Project Lead to be located at São José dos Campos, Brazil. This is a duration-based role for 12 months.
Qualifications
Expectations:
Responsible for coordinating design control activities required for changes to the suture portfolio.
Define package type, box type, and IFU/language variants.
Ensure a standard process is followed to deliver a standard product portfolio for the future.
Provide guidance and support to the project team in consolidating design documentation for regulatory submissions and final project objectives.
Require project management skills to drive code-level product changes across overlapping projects.
Oversee key strategic programs resulting from technology changes, graphic changes, packaging changes, and line extensions.
Realize efficiencies in consolidating design work and implementation of converging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
With guidance and input, defines the necessary actions to achieve project objectives.
Presents business-related issues and opportunities to the next management level.
Leads the project and shares regular status updates.
Assists in resolving design control and project timeline challenges.
Collaborates effectively with key business partners (manufacturing, quality, engineering, etc.) to plan and implement project strategies.
Edits and finalizes technical documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Allocates and schedules the appropriate resources to achieve project goals within established timelines and budget constraints.
Ensures that core team members adhere to all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
Completes additional tasks as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
Advance English level.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience as Product Engineer- Project Lead.
Experience in Adaptive, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Tableau.
Strong communication and interpersonal relation and influencing skills.
