Conduct marketing presentations and follow-up activities to build market-level awareness and adoption.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and hospital marketing and administrative personnel to present marketing programs and procedure expansion solutions.
Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as partners in professional education and deliver improved patient outcomes.
Oversee extensive market research and test market activities.
Support market development activities for emerging procedures.
Identify regional and national institutions that serve as centers of excellence for various specialties, diseases, and procedures.
Establish key strategic partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, referring physicians, hospital administration, societies, and program administrators.
Maintain a deep knowledge of products and procedures.
Assist the Business Unit Manager (BUM) in developing marketing strategies for the franchise.
Forecast demand and participate in the review of sales forecasts for the assigned product line.
Qualifications
University/bachelor's degree Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Marketing.
Have at least 5 years' experience in Sales/Marketing in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical Industry (priority for Medical Device).
English: Fluently speaking, reading & writing.
Required soft skills: Presentation skill, selling skill and good at computer skills including Excel, MS Word, and Power Point.
