    Position summary

    Tech ANZ is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and drive sustained business growth for our Hip portfolio in Australia

    As a Hip Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product-specific marketing strategies to increase unit growth, profitability, and market share for our Hip product portfolios. Your role will be crucial in gathering market insights, designing digital engagement strategies, and optimizing new product introductions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute product marketing strategies

    • Manage dynamic forecasts and inventory for product portfolios

    • Provide sales support and technical product expertise

    • Coordinate with professional and commercial educational teams to establish portfolio priorities

    • Manage inventory planning through sales and operations processes

    • Collaborate with account teams to provide relevant marketing strategies and technical support

    • Contribute to compliance with corporate and regulatory standards

    Qualifications

    ABOUT YOU

    • Tertiary qualifications at Degree level (Business or Science discipline preferred)

    • Medical Device Marketing and New product launch experience preferred but not essential

    • Understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape

    • Comprehensive understanding of and experience in the orthopaedic industry

    • Expert in Competitive Awareness and Collaboration/Stakeholder Management

    • Strong Customer Focus, Product Knowledge, and Commercial Acumen

    • High Capacity to Learn and Sense of Urgency
