The Product Manager will lead the Professional Promotions and Professional Education efforts for a launch of an oral-active drug treatment. This person will be an innovative leader who can challenge assumptions and think creatively and innovatively to solve complex problems with urgency. Specifically, this marketer will be responsible for development of the prescriber/HCP messaging and materials. On the professional promotions side, this includes HCP insight exploration, development of a new promotional campaign, segmentation, and targeting. On the Professional Education side, this includes development of a speaker’s bureau and building relevant content, messaging, and activities to drive disease and brand awareness and trial. The Product Manager will be an integral leader within our CVM marketing organization with significant collaboration across our brand teams, commercial field teams, sales training, SCG, medical affairs, and regulatory/legal/compliance teams among others. Key Responsibilities Include: · Develop and deploy insight-driven messaging and materials for the prescriber audience aligned to business goals of accelerating adoption of our new hypertension compound · Be a key contributor to the launch readiness efforts across all functions for the new hypertension compound, ensuring cross functional alignment to strategy and to timelines · Lead content development for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets (inclusive of Omnichannel, Media, & Digital) · Collaborate with Sales Training to design and implement learning plans that educate representatives on the new compound to ensure timely, confident field execution · Support development of a new speaker’s bureau program and help identify relevant HCP KOLs and customers to represent the brand across the country · Find innovative new ways to drive meaningful relationships with HCP KOLs and HCP advocacy groups · Significant partnership with local field sales leadership and coalition teams to deploy impactful messaging and resources · Partner with Commercial Excellence team to develop metrics and track against the plan post launch of the new model · Proactive partnership with copy approval committee (CAC) partners to support future innovation and lead all CAC submissions for timely approval of customer-facing materials This is not an exhaustive, comprehensive listing of job functions. Qualifications Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree A minimum of 4 years business experience Demonstrated success in tactical implementation, project management, cycles of success with business results, and influencing without authority A demonstrated track record of strong leadership capabilities with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities and demonstrate excellent communication skills Preferred Experience: MBA or an advanced degree Cardiovascular/Hypertension experience Sales or sales leadership experience This role is located in Titusville, NJ and will require up to 20% domestic travel.
