    The TREMFYA Professional Promotion Product Manager is a marketing position on the Rheumatology team that focuses on shaping HCP message strategy & resources through the development and execution of HCP core promotional assets. This individual will support insights to message development process and lead the asset development, launch and pull through of content to the field facing teams.  Additionally, this position will help shape overall brand strategy though leading field cycle meetings, capture critical insights though ad board management and actively build and support Rheumatology Professional Conference strategy in support of HCP brand marketing.

    The Product Manager will work closely with a large, cross-functional team from within the Rheumatology marketing team, as well as agency, medical, commercial excellence, field engagement and copy approval committee members.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Core HCP Professional promotion Message Creation:   Shape the HCP audience through development and execution of Core Promotional Assets across multi medium including IVis, digital content, JET / Digital JET message & HCP print materials and professional promotion audiences
    • Cycle meetings : Lead the Sales and plan of action cycle meetings connecting Marketing & Sales team (brand strategy to field execution).  Lead a cross functional team to maximize Marketing strategy & deploy key messages to field
    • Professional Promotion Asset development: Lead a cross functional team of internal and external contributors to secure timely field delivery of assets through the regulatory approval process (CAC) inclusive of co-leading projects through the agile pod
    • CAC Captain: Lead the Rheumatology marketing department to prioritize content reviews, timely notification of goals and work with CAC to communicate business strategy
    • Partner across a matrix organization :   Lead teams inclusive of internal and external partners to maximize brand objectives.  Benchmark across the Janssen business to leverage and maximize promotional pieces across the Tremfya Brand
    • Support the conference / congress strategy Content:   Maximize Janssen promotional presence at all key conferences. Oversee the recommendations and secure all content approvals for conferences / conventions and partner with our PEMS field organization to maximize strategic objectives and tactical execution on behalf of the Tremfya brand.
