Summary: The Cell Collection Program Coordinator will lead the execution, tracking and completion of the Advanced Therapeutics Supply Chain supply agreements between hospitals and Janssen. The successful candidate will facilitate communication and lead internal and external stakeholders through the completion of the Cell Collection Agreement. Key is the ability to track and visualize accurate data reflective of Cell Collection agreement status for all North and South American commercial sites. The incumbent supports targeted communication with commercial sites and subject matter experts. The Cell Collection Program Coordinator will develop a deep understanding of negotiation responses to enable self-reliant accurate and reliable dialogue with internal and external stakeholders. Importantly, this central role will be responsible to support shaping the commercial network for apheresis and cryopreservation by supporting compliant documentation and issue management. Responsibilities: Oversee third party contracting with commercial sites and cryopreservation centers. Support contract negotiations with hospitals Monitor contract status, safeguard flawless execution of technical sections, communicate, and help resolve issues among stakeholders. Visualize and provide ongoing status updates to the Cell Collection team and if needed, to appropriate levels of the organization. Provide subject matter expertise in Janssen’s Global Cell Collection agreement. Support Quality Event Management and Corrective and Preventative Action Plans (CAPAs) as necessary. Assist with completion of Change Controls to ensure on-time site readiness for commercial and clinical Central Cryopreservation Centers. Collect and analyze data associated with commercial collection and cryopreservation center performance. Identify and report on trends in performance. Support design and implementation of management of apheresis and cryopreservation Supplier Score Cards. Responsible for procedure development related to Global Cell Collection activities, as necessary. Report any lessons learned or lifecycle management (LCM) activities as needed for further commercial expansion Qualifications Qualifications: A Master or equivalent in a biological field At least five years of experience in a biotech or pharma environment Experience with program coordination and management of external partners, preferably contract negotiations, is required Proficiency in data tracking and visualization is a prerequisite Proficiency in English (verbal and written) Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex issues for others to understand and the ability to prepare communications for project teams and Senior Management are required. Project management Certification or Training preferred. Ability to perform in teams and successfully influencing others is required, including the affinity to function in multi-cultural environments. Experience in a GxP related environment preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (V&H Lookups, Pivot Tables, Graphing) and data visualization software is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with TrackWise and TruVault is required This position will be based in the EU and may require up to ten percent (10%) of EU travel.
