    The CAR-T QA Investigations Supervisor II will work with the team to ensure comprehensive assessment of nonconformances/deviations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively lead the team to ensure the timely completion of day to day activities by coordinating with and assigning routine departmental work to team members.
    • Lead departmental meetings and represent the department in interdepartmental meetings.
    • Train, develop, coach and mentor employees.
    • Advocate changes for continuous improvement of non-conformance management.
    • Ensure all non-conformances are fully investigated and effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with management to propose/complete improvements activities.
    • Respond swiftly to departmental and interdepartmental needs and requests.
    • Support site inspections, inspection readiness activities, data integrity efforts and additional continuous improvement activities.
    • Perform tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements.
    • Other duties will be assigned, as needed.
