Quality Control Manager in Janssen Responsible for New Product Introduction, LCM & Cleaning, Raw Material & Packaging and Microbiological Laboratories, being strongly in connection with all the different departments of the site assuring high level of Safety, Quality & Compliance to test products according to GMP rules, Pharmacopeias, regulations and corporate procedures. You will have the possibility to: • Guarantee full adherence to GMP rules and compliance to procedures • Maintain high standard of quality and compliance for Data Integrity • Review and approve the documentation related to testing methods, specifications and procedures to be used in manufacturing and packaging areas to produce oral solid pharmaceutical drug products. • Address appropriately deviations and OOS/OOT results • Assure that the identified corrective actions are implemented and followed and periodically supervised. • Assure on time QI, CAPA, Change of Controls implementation • Lead personnel and lab environment under a Safety standpoint promptly addressing/raise issues • Lead personnel guarantying people development and performance monitoring • Apply continuous improvement in safety, quality and processes • Guarantee the right capacity for the above-mentioned Labs, both in term of headcount and equipment • Act as delegate of the Quality Control Site Lead Guarantee the correct level of escalation in case of criticalities Moreover, an important part of this opportunity will be to collaborate with global functions, such as Analytical Capability CoE, Analytical development CPDS, Global Technical Operation, External Quality, etc. participating to implementation of new initiatives, improvement and requirement. It is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic spirit: working in collaboration on one hand with Planning, Warehouse, Production and QA to provide timely to the patient a product with high quality; on the other hand, with Technical Operation to guarantee on time new product introduction and launch in the unique Launch & Grow Site for oral solid in the Janssen Supply Chain organization. Qualifications We want to hear from YOU if you have: • University Degree - Scientific field (preferred: Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology and Engineering). Other Degrees can be considered • Ability to build strong working partnerships, trust and credibility at all levels; • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organization skills required; • Able to work in a multi-department and dynamic environment and to deal with urgencies • Strong skills of ownership and accountability • Skilled in problem-solving and decision making • Proficiency in English is required Other qualifications that will be considered as a plus: • Previous knowledge of Chemical Laboratory; • Working experience of at least 5 years in pharmaceutical environment covering a similar role; • High level knowledge of system for management of analytical results and laboratory investigation.
