Johnson & Johnson, are looking for an experienced NC/CAPA site lead for JJI/ELC Quality Systems. This role will be located at our European Logistics Center in Diegem, Brussels and will support and coordinate CAPA activities for Non-conformances/Deviations, Audits, inspection activities, and evaluation/implementation of corrective and preventative actions for efficiency; review of activities to ensure inspection readiness. Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of departmental results and management of CAPAs/NCs/audit observations. Review of metrics and support of special quality projects Duties and Responsibilities Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: Ensures the maintenance of quality records on nonconformance, project outcomes, and that partner input is filed in an accurate and timely manner. Makes proposals and assists in the development of corrective action plans and supervises implementation. Lead CAPAs, NCs process and Audit Observations. Provides quality support for improvement of existing processes. Follows up on closure of corrective and preventive actions. Assures that non-conformance investigations and quality systems are in compliance with the good manufacturing practices as established in the code of local government regulations and company procedures. Develop and implement reports for quality data for ELC/JJI and other plants if required Lead projects and support interdepartmental efforts to continuously improve the JJI/ELC Quality Management System Work effectively with the other departments and corporate liaisons to ensure consistent/effective quality systems. Support the site QA Lead for (WW) Quality System related projects. Conducts investigations, collects data, analyzes trends and prepares reports for assigned quality processes. Has detailed understanding of process criteria and regulations and business impact of decisions and actions. Assesses current quality systems and recommends improvements in order to improve quality. Assists with internal and external audits, supports audit prep and inspection readiness activities, prepares for and facilitates audits and inspections and supports back room for external audits / inspections Monitors trends, identifies issues, recommends and implements actions. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level. Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures · Performs other duties assigned as needed Qualifications At a minimum, a BA/BS degree or equivalent in a Life Science, Engineering, or Physical Science Master’s degree in a Technical or Science field preferred A minimum of five(5) years of experience in quality & compliance, manufacturing, engineering, and/or related field environment Strong background in NC, CAPA and audit process as well as quality data reporting and review Strong background in Process Excellence, Lean methodologies or operational excellence preferred Strong background in Good Documentation Practices Advance digital literacy and use of software applications. Proficient in English and have good presentation skills Skills Knowledge and application of MDD, ,13485 and other international standards Solid understanding of Good Distribution Practice. Proficiency in English Understanding of Six Sigma and Process Excellence tools and methodologies. Effective technical writing skills Statistical and problem solving Problem Solving (Sense of Urgency, Intellectual Curiosity, and Prudent Risk Taking): Identifies and analyzes problems, issues and situations. Identifies solutions and follows through to assess progress and ensure positive results.
