    Position summary

    The R2P Vendor Master Process Expert is the country’s main point of contact for end-to-end Vendor Master process. They are the face of GS Procurement for Vendor Master Process for the region, managing complex cases and operational issues, partners with BU Procurement, Country engagement leads, Regional Category Leads, Sourcing, R2P Triage Accounts Payable and BPO service providers to drive daily operations – volume management and quality. R2P Vendor Master Process Expert also leads governance discussions with relevant stakeholders and conducts training to business users.

    Operational Management

    • Lead & manage daily operations (E.g. review of volumes, urgent requests for the day, review daily capacity, OMNI vendor status / aging) for both WIPRO, Quality Audit Team.
    • Ensure that all KPIs are met on a daily / monthly basis for VMD process.
    • Ensure that all scheduled reports and activities are executed and validated on time. 

    Governance/Stakeholder Management/Customer Service/L3 Helpdesk Escalation:

    • Lead governance discussions with relevant stakeholders in the respective countries.
    • Deliver service excellence and maximize customer service satisfaction
    • Identify, resolve and communicate critical user support issues in a timely manner. 
    • Execute Voice of the Customer (VOC) action plan from different stakeholders
    • Maintain professional attitude during service delivery and resolution of issues
    • Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues so that they are resolved to meet internal and external expectations
    • Use a considerable amount of discretion in escalating issues to appropriate parties – co-workers, team leads and process managers
    • Receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes that cannot be resolved by Level 2 helpdesk support
    • Lead and implement communication plans, change management frameworks, and support change management integration activities

    Quality Management:

    • Ensure issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved within the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
    • Validate and strengthen root cause analysis on recurring and/or quality issues provided by WIPRO and Quality Audit.
    • Lead, track and responsible to execute action plan for quality improvement
    • Work and lead with Third Party Service Providers and different business functions for action planning and execution.
