Position summary
JOM Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. a member of Johnson & Johnson Family of Company, is recruiting for a Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategy Specialist (REMS) located in Somerset, NJ but remote locations will be considered for this position.
Remote work options will be considered for this position.
The REMS Specialist is the subject matter expert (SME) for REMS products. The Specialist provides outstanding key analytics and accelerates growth by building strong and collaborative relationships. Also, seeks out new Business Development opportunities to streamline and improve the Customer Service function. This position requires in-depth knowledge of each operating company’s policies, procedures, and FDA/DEA requirements and the varying Elements to Assure Safe Use per REMS EVALUATION product.

- REMS EVALUATION Process Steps
- FDA REMS EVALUATION Requirements
- Provide training content and knowledge transfer to team
- Guide in all systems within the business and supports Business Manager processes
- Performs routine trending on all customer/order issues and concerns
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all REMS Evaluation matters and audits
- Performs routine tasks in document management system
- Build and maintain work instructions for REMS specialized products
