As a Biosurgery Sales Consultant at Ethicon, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and expanding market share for our Biosurgery products. Your mission is to create demand among clinical stakeholders, turning them into enthusiastic advocates for our products and our brand. You will be part of the Wound Closure Biosurgery Team, collaborating with 6 sales consultants, 1 business development manager, and sales manager. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving success in this dynamic and evolving field.
Main Responsibilities: Sales consultant Biosurgery
Sell innovative Biosurgery products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory
Value-driven care is one of the pillars within healthcare in the Netherlands. J&J is therefore looking for people who can not only sell the product but also the added value
Customer-centric approach, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to deliver sustained value and support to our customers
Facilitating in hospital trainings to surgeons, specialists, nurses, and operating theater management through hands-on sessions to increase product knowledge and to enhance understanding to use our products for the right bleedings at the right time.
Offering specialized guidance and expert advice on the optimal use of our products in various surgical procedures
Generating sales analyses and proactively adapt plans to enhance overall sales performance
Qualifications
Required:
Senior sales experience is our preference, but mid-level experience is certainly considered
Self-starter who doesn't wait for directions, takes the lead in identifying opportunities and driving initiatives independently.
Driven by results, excellence, and a passion for business accomplishments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through relevant work experience
Native speaking Dutch and fluent in English both written and speaking
Driving license category B
Preferred:
Knowledge and relations in the spine or cardiovascular field
Knowledge and understanding of the Dutch healthcare system
