Reporting to the State Field Manager, you will be responsible for engaging customer partners, primarily in-store, to influence sales and grow J&J categories by delivering the national and state agreed in-store call procedure for the channels within which they work (Chain Grocery, Independent Grocery and Pharmacy). Your key focus will be to; • Work approximately 24 hours per week (3 days/week with Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) being important days most weeks with a degree of flexibility. • Responsibilities will include increasing sales at store level via display activity, shelf management, driving in store compliance and achievement of set targets across a set Territory, within Grocery, Pharmacy and Mass Merchant stores.
