SAP/ERP Master data Controller

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a SAP/ERP master data controller to be located in Groningen, the Netherlands.

You will be a teammember of the local Plan team in Groningen. Together with your direct colleague your primary tasks and responsibilities will focus on the maintenance, enhancements, issue management, project support and NPI support within the SAP system. Because you are part of larger team overseeing master data, logistics, planning and purchasing you need to be able to take on a high variety of tasks next to your primary tasks if required. The master data activities are divers and are not solely focused on business processes within Groningen but can be cross-site focused. This requires you to collaborate with a large variety of different teams and functions at a global scale.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the functional support and control of SAP which includes:

1. First line of support for system users in Groningen
2. Collecting, implementing, adjusting and maintenance of Product and Process information within SAP PP (e.g. BOM, Routings)
3. Instructing end users, proactive signaling potential problems and implement solutions
4. Creating query’s/ data files when required
5. Processing test scripts based on project requests, optimization activities and new product introduction by following clear validation processes
6. Requesting support from Global SAP IT team in case support is required
7. Being the Subject Matter Expert of SAP within the J&J Vision network and provide support when needed within the SAP modules; PP, MM, SD, WM, MM, LE, PM, QM and FICO
8. Controlling interfaces between SAP and other systems
9. Coordinating between End Users and Global SAP IT
10. Optimize current business processes related to SAP and/or systems and processes connected to SAP
