    DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is searching for a Senior Analyst - Compensation and Execution by Business Unit to be located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA.

    The Senior Analyst provides wide range of business support including analysis and project management for foot and ankle required to enable business decision support and incentive compensation program administration.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Supports BU Manager in development and refinement of information required to create and present analyses of IC program effectiveness.
    • Supports key cycle planning processes across mutliple partners, to include:
    • Business planning / goal setting
    • Quota management
    • Manager plan design and modeling
    • Supports development and delivery of compensation-related communications for foot and ankle team.
    • Supports assessment of program effectiveness through advanced modeling and analysis techniques.
    • Partners closely with compensation system and administration analyst teams to ensure accurate system programming and delivery of compensation for foot and ankle employees.
    • Partners with sales leadership and commercial partners to independently manage financial modeling, and benchmarking activities in support of assigned organizations.
    • And other tasks and duties, as assigned.
