    Position summary

    § Assurer et superviser toutes les requêtes individuelles en agissant dans le respect des dispositions légales ainsi que des procédures et principes en vigueur chez JnJ

    § Gérer des enquêtes internes

    § Accompagner les managers dans la mise en place de plans d'amélioration de la performance

    § Contribuer à déployer toutes les initiatives de coaching ou de formation à destination des Managers et des collaborateurs en matière de relations individuelles de travail

    o Relations collectives de travail :

    § Participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie de relations sociales en collaboration avec le business et les différentes organisations

    § Anticiper, préparer et effectuer l'évaluation de tous les impacts sur les équipes et le business au regard de votre expertise en matière de relations sociales notamment en cas de projets ayant des conséquences sociales importantes (cession, fusion, restructuration...)

    § Participer à l'animation des IRP

    § Superviser l'agenda social et s'assurer du respect des échéances légales

    § Négociations syndicales : mise en place de stratégie de négociations, animation des négociations syndicales, rédaction des accords collectifs

    § Participer à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de tous les projets business ou RH

    Qualifications

    Titulaire d'un Bac+5 en Droit du travail ou Ressources Humaines, vous disposez :

    • D'une expérience de 2 à 4 ans sur un poste similaire

    • D'une expertise en matière de gestion des relations individuelles et collectives du travail

    • D'une solide expérience dans le domaine des projets de transformation (cession, fusion restructuration, etc..)

    Vous disposez par ailleurs des compétences suivantes :

    • Fortes qualités relationnelles favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et positif

    • Capacité à fédérer, influencer et négocier dans un environnement matriciel complexe et international

    • Excellent niveau de communication, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral

    Un niveau d'anglais courant est également requis (oral et écrit).
