The new Johnson & Johnson MedTech Strategic Capacity Management team is establishing itself as a growth enabler, and we need you to help us make an even bigger impact! With hundreds of new product introductions on the horizon, we are rapidly growing and expanding our scope across the business to ensure our network capacity can support our long-term patient demand. The Sr. Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management will build and maintain clear visibility of strategic capacity across our highly complex manufacturing network. The candidate will work closely with our global engineering partners to gather production-level data, as well as inputs from Commercial and Asset Management, and will use analytical tools to provide strategic insights that drive profitable growth, to Value Stream Leaders.

The Sr. Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management supports the long-range capacity planning process. This person will build scenarios and identify critical bottlenecks and opportunities in the supply value stream.

This function works closely with various teams and must have the experience required to work with people at different levels of the organization (E2E Supply Chain Leaders, Site General Managers, External Manufacturing Supply leads, Network Management leads, Value Chain Management, Supply Chain Leads, IT etc.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Value Stream Leads to build scenarios and contingency plans to enable platform growth in the strategic horizon.
• Develop and share strategic insights related to capacity with key leaders.
• Build outputs using data visualization tools for leadership updates.
• Drive the standard renewal cycle within each assigned franchise.
• Develop into a power-user of the capacity model and identify potential improvements or incidents that require IT support.
• Adapts to other duties as needed.
