Janssen R&D Business Technology is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for translating R&D business needs into data driven technology solutions in support of Biotherapeutics Development & Supply (BTDS). BTDS is aimed at using internal and external data to drive insights and accelerate the design of safe, high quality, Large Molecule (LM) drug products that deliver a therapeutic benefit to patients in need. The Analyst is expected to form close working partnerships between multi-functional project teams, while being responsible for the delivery of new data driven applications to support scientists in Biotherapeutic Development. In addition to collecting and translating business requirements, this position will also be responsible for assisting in the development, delivery, onboarding and adoption of new and existing technical capabilities and platforms in the JRD Business Technology portfolio. The analyst will be expected to lead projects for both GxP & Non-GxP systems. Qualifications Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related subject area is required. 2-3 years of Professional IT experience Solid understanding of SDLC and related documentation for GxP and Non-GxP data system Experience in leading sophisticated data solutions in an Agile/Scrum, Cloud-based environment, and deployments at a global scale Hands-on technical knowledge of analytics solutions, & data visualization technologies (Tableau, Spotfire, etc.) Strong Business Sense & Interpersonal skills. Ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and strategy Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, multiple partners, multi-functional teams, and evolving needs. Demonstrable ability to influence, negotiate, and build collaborative partnerships, teams, and trust across functions. Preferred Life sciences, health care industry, and/or R&D experience.
