Job Description:
The Sr. Business Operation Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional collaborations and driving organization efficiency across sub-functions within Division, partnership enhancement and capturing insight of business operation dynamics to achieve division goals and objectives.
This role closely works with the business team and cross-functional team to facilitate company and division transformation and acting as PMO to well implement the project sponsored by division head and HQ. Facilitate the corporate project executions and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
This role is also responsible for business operation excellence, scaling for future by identifying and prioritizing opportunities and approaches.
Responsibilities:
Support HQ lead to shape team vision and value propositions, identify areas for operational improvement and develop initiatives to enhance efficiency by integrating resources and standardizing working process.
Support on division strategic planning and business cycles and reviews.
Monitor or manage HQ key projects and expenses, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Support division for key tasks tracking, program follow up and consolidation.
Support corporate new initiatives in terms of culture, operations, policy shaping as well as process optimizations, provide valuable insights and suggestions.
Liaise with business team and cross functions, provide timely support and expertise to realize excellent executions.
Lead division annual meeting and internal events and people engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture.
Ad hoc support to division head and HQ lead.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and above (MBA from top schools is preferable)
10 years MNC working experience in the field of business operations in pharmaceutical industry
Strong business acumen and insights
Strong interpersonal & communication as well as problem-solving skills
Track record of independently developing responsible areas and of initiatives for improving operations
Creative, diligent and strong analytical thinking as well as multi-tasking capabilities
Specialize in project management
Be responsible to deliver accurate and high-quality results under stress
Learning agility and excellent execution
Excellent skills of excel and PPT
Fluent in English both oral and written
