Qualifications Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree, MBA or Graduate Studies is desired. Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience (functional and/or people) in a business and/or communications/media role. Proven leadership in developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy and leading an organization through a change journey. Experienced in working and communicating with impact across all levels of the organization. Experience in working in or collaborating with technical and/or scientific teams is preferred. Experienced in identifying and leveraging differentiated and complementary communication channels. High intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and able to cultivate an inclusive & collaborative yet ambitious and innovative culture. Demonstrated ability to lead throughout a rapid pace of change with a high level of ambiguity. Strong interpersonal and project management skills and an ability to deliver results under tight time constraints. Proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Yammer, LinkedIn and other communication platforms. Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages would be a significant advantage.
