Senior Communications Manager

This a rare opportunity for an outstanding communicator and change agent to join Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) Technical Operations (TO) in the role of Senior Change & Communications Manager. Key Responsibilities: Build and realize engaging communication strategies that: inspire all TO associates with clear storytelling examples to connect strategy with execution and business needs with talent development, nurture a bold and innovative culture and promote J&J Vital Behaviors, promote and positively represent the organization, its accomplishments and value creation for the business, and support talent scouting and attract outside talent with unique technical/scientific skills, using social media and other platforms. Upskill communication skills and storytelling ability of leaders and technical profiles to increase their impact in conveying their message. Support the effective deployment of change plans and incorporate change leadership elements into supporting communication materials. Shape and build this role in the areas of communication, storytelling, culture, organizational development, interaction with cross-functional collaborators and partners… in line with TO’s strategy and people/business needs. Qualifications Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree, MBA or Graduate Studies is desired. Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience (functional and/or people) in a business and/or communications/media role. Proven leadership in developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy and leading an organization through a change journey. Experienced in working and communicating with impact across all levels of the organization. Experience in working in or collaborating with technical and/or scientific teams is preferred. Experienced in identifying and leveraging differentiated and complementary communication channels. High intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and able to cultivate an inclusive & collaborative yet ambitious and innovative culture. Demonstrated ability to lead throughout a rapid pace of change with a high level of ambiguity. Strong interpersonal and project management skills and an ability to deliver results under tight time constraints. Proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Yammer, LinkedIn and other communication platforms. Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages would be a significant advantage.
