As a Digital Analyst, you will be working in Johnson & Johnson Vision APAC as a key member of the Professional Connected Commerce Team, to support the Group’s ambition to drive a disruptive Digital Business Model to shape the eye health journey of Consumers and Customers. You will focus on driving clear project requirements with detailed requirement documentation to enable smooth delivery of projects against strategic business expectations. You will collaborate across regional and local Professionally Connected Commerce teams, extended functional teams, agency/ vendor to facilitate and elicit the needs and knowledge base of these SMEs to deliver holistic understanding and identification of solutions that best address business needs. Main areas of responsibilities: Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the Digital domain to interact, solicit requirements, and advise business users Collaborate with Business, Business Technology and extended functional members on solution ideation, project initiation and implementation Support business value analysis for strategic projects, partner with data and market leads to track and review post-implementation business benefit. Champion continuous user-centric and performance optimization to drive sustainable business impact from strategic digital solutions. Perform business analysis and lead the requirements gathering with business users. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and propose creative and compelling solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry trends/ solutions and influence the desired outcomes. Partner closely with Data, Business Technology and market leads in solutioning and help develop compelling and innovative solutions in compliance with organization’s standards, guidelines and policies Perform detailed requirement documentation with well-written business user stories, map user journeys, wireframes, update data dictionaries, ecosystems and provision of design/ functional specifications that are aligned to business goals, and effectively communicate these requirements to technology team to materialize these requirements into reality Highlight and efficiently resolve conflicted and inconsistent requirements and specifications with business and technology stakeholders. Verify feasibility of user requirements with aligned expected outcomes across all stakeholders Drive business UAT and support issue troubleshooting to enable smooth execution and roll out across markets. Review testing documents to verify specifications are met. Qualifications Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital/ CRM/ e-Commerce Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, influence and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders. Proficient in translating detailed workstreams and scope into digestible formats for cross-functional stakeholders Good understanding of digital ecosystems with practical experience in Omni-channel digital solutions. Experience with paid and owned digital platforms on website, social and/ or native mobile App preferred. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills Self-starter, independent, consumer and customer focused, resourceful, result oriented and have good follow-through Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with stakeholder management skillset and comfortable in managing senior stakeholders.
