    We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Director, Electrophysiology Supply Chain Leader role, based in Yokneam, Israel.

    Purpose:

    The Senior Director, Electrophysiology Supply Chain Leader (Israel) holds overall responsibility and accountability for the Israeli site:

    • Ensuring supply plans are met while maintaining high quality and within business plan targets

    • Direct the development and preparation of short and long-term plans based upon the broad operating company goals and growth objectives

    • Drive strategic projects to deliver our competitiveness agenda; optimize Supply Chain and product & process quality, reduce costs, increase agility and establish infrastructure for future growth

    • Optimally manage human, material, and capital resources to meet quality, customer service, financial, and product targets.

    Main area of focus in this role are:

    • Planning & Manufacturing

      • Oversee supply planning across product families and manufacturing network
      • Responsible for in house production and warehouses to ensure company products are manufactured according to company procedures, regulations and quality standards
      • Monitor External Manufacturers (EM's) and material suppliers' performances to the defined KPI's
      • Confirm adequate capacity to support short and long term demand
      • Manage reverse logistic and parts repair (RMA process)
    • NPI, LCM, Engineering & Service

    • Define and manufacture Field Replaceable Units (FRU's) for on-site service and support

    • Conduct complaint and failure analysis to improve product's reliability

    • Ensure appropriate technical support for external manufacturing network

    • Mitigate obsolescence and supply shortages by qualifying alternate components

    • Drive efficiencies, yield improvements and material cost reduction

    • Support SCR process

    • Optimize design transfer of new products from R&D and Advanced R&D, influencing design for manufacturability and supply chain robustness for scale

    • Design manufacturing process for new sensors

    • Test & Calibration systems

    • Development of new Test & Calibration systems, Software upgrades, modifications, and enhancements

    • Life Cycle management - EOL, failure investigations, CAPA's, spare parts supply

    • Install Base Service and support - equipment installations, proactive maintenance, emergency support, training, qualifications, remote connectivity, data analysis

    • Develop long term strategy for Testers & Calibration systems to support R&D and SC need

    • Strategic Initiatives and SC optimization processes

    • Cost improvement programs (CIP)

    • Long-Term capacity planning and production network strategy

    • Dual source for critical predicts/components

    • Advanced manufacturing technologies

    • Software version deployments ("virtual kits")

    • US manufacturing site scope expansion (Capital)

    • Financial:

    • Responsible for the Supply Chain budget - OpEx and CapEx

    • Strive to consistently reduce product standard cost and CNIS ratio from the overall spend

    • Identify and implement Cost Improvements Projects (CIPs) to increase efficiency, reduce complexity and improve GP

    • Inventory optimization and SLOB management

    • Quality & Compliance:

    • Oversee product quality and efficacy, and the site regulatory and standards requirements.

    • Support all the cGMP rules defined to the site to be in full compliance.

    • Fulfil all safety, industrial hygiene, environmental and labor regulatory requirements

    • Staff Development

    • Implement succession planning and develop robust talent pipeline

    • Mentor and train team members to maximize their capabilities and development opportunities

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Required education: University degree Economics, Engineer or similar. High proficiency in English.
    • Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior leader position with leadership experience. Minimum 15 years of total professional experience, including at least 10 years' experience gained in a manufacturing and/or Supply Chain environment.
    • Required knowledge: E2E Supply Chain, cGMP, Financial, People Management, Project Management, Medical Device
    • Required Abilities:
