APAC Deliver manages approximately USD $500 million cost in SG&A (customer service, warehousing, transportation) and COGS (inbound freight, transportation, repack/relabelling) across 3 segments (Consumer, HMD/Vision, and Pharma). The APAC Deliver Senior Analyst will perform two roles reporting to APAC Deliver Regional FP&A Senior Manager. Firstly, they will provide financial planning and analytics (FP&A) support to the APAC Deliver Leadership Team. Secondly, they will provide business partnering and project support to Deliver Vision segment. This position will also support enterprise finance and other critical enterprise projects as and when required. In both roles, they will be involved in such activities as planning and forecasting, business unit and regional consolidation, regional and global reporting, and driving standardization & simplification. The role provides opportunities to directly interact with APAC Deliver Leadership and Global Deliver Finance teams, alongside opportunities to drive financial efficiency and excellence. The candidate must demonstrate solid technical skills coupled with strong business partnering. This individual shall be an effective communicator, efficient and reliable with high level of attention to detail, and eager to grow professionally. Ability to deliver results and having a continuous learning mindset will be vital to success in this role. Key Activities: FP&A Accurately complete regular monthly, quarterly actuals and planning cycles reporting Aid in framing message and presentations to Global and Regional Finance Partner closely with other Finance Domains, Global Finance and other stakeholders, including across functions Business Partnering Skills Understand and take business partners through actual performance against plans, be proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, and discuss recommendations Build trust with stakeholders, frame complex problems and present alternative solutions Provide routine and ad-hoc analyses and reporting to leadership, alongside commentary that succinctly explains business performance Standardization / Capability Build Drive Global standards / automation tools adoption Champion continuous process improvements and best practice sharing Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. Qualifications 3+ years of related experience Preferred Qualifications: Finance/Accounting, CPA, CMA or other financial certification and/or MBA Multi-country and Multi-sector experience preferred Experience of working in a large finance organization in varied businesses conditions Experience in working with financial planning and analysis platforms (e.g. TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion) Working knowledge of SAP ERP (FI/CO modules are a requirement but MM/SD/PP etc. are good to have) Knowledge in advanced analytics and ETL tools like Alteryx is good to have Proven track record in analyses and problem solving, excellent attention to details, strong initiative to follow through on directives Able to plan and prioritize responsibilities with a high degree of independence Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization, and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment Demonstrate honesty and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility, and act as a role model for J&J Credo values Prior understanding on J&J’s structure will be a plus but not necessary Primary Location Singapore-Singapore-Singapore- Organization Johnson & Johnson Pte.
