    Position summary

    opment of business cases for investments and constructively challenging business partners, to improve outcomes and ensure optimal use of resources.

    • Maintain relationships with business stakeholders, as well as with Finance colleagues in the local and global organization, including Global Services, Tax and Compliance teams. Build bridges between Finance and the functions we support, in terms of working relationship and continuous two-way education.

    • Be an active member of the global J&J Innovative Medicine Finance organization , a representative for the APAC Finance team and an active participant in global Finance initiatives.

    §  Drive continuous improvement , finding innovative ways to improve processes, use of our IT tools and support to our stakeholders.
