    Johnson & Johnson Global Finance Talent Management is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst, Global Finance Talent Management (GFTM) Recruiting to lead finance recruiting and attraction initiatives in New Brunswick, NJ.

    The Senior Finance Talent Management Analyst supports recruiting activities for several programs within the global finance organization including the Finance Leadership Development Program, MBA Leadership Development Program and Experienced Hire Program.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Owns end-to-end early in career finance recruiting conference strategy ensuring link to overarching finance talent strategy goals.  This includes the planning and execution of the finance organization's presence at various recruiting conferences throughout the year, tracking metrics and communicating outcomes and strategy to senior leadership.
    • Leads the MBA LDP program management and recruiting which includes owning the interview and onboarding process for all MBA LDP intern and full-time candidates.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition and external organizations to assess the external hire strategy and build pipeline for SFA recruiting within the NJ area.
    • Collaborates with Global Finance Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and University Team leads to develop and execute campus recruiting strategies.
    • Provides on-site support and helps with the planning and execution of all recruiting events including Intern/Co-Op Bootcamps, Summer Capstone, Fall Invitational, Undergraduate Externship Program, ERG events, and the University Case Competition
    • Mentors FLDP participants to facilitate development
    • Advises candidates on the talent acquisition process and the J&J value proposition
    • Leads various process improvement initiatives to continue to enhance the finance recruiting space
