Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc. is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst, Global FP&A, Vision Care - Global Consolidations. This role will sit within the Global Vision Financial Planning and Analysis team supporting Vision Care. This position can be located in either Jacksonville, FL or Skillman, NJ. The Group Finance Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting consolidations and developing analytics for the Global Vision Care Organization, including Quarter Close, all major Planning Cycles, and ad-hoc projects. This role will be critical in generating insights and decision-making recommendations to Vision Care and Vision senior leadership, while also requiring engagement and influence of Finance business partners around the globe. Key Responsibilities: Support the global planning process for all major updates and budgeting processes to achieve financial and operational objectives. Leverage key systems (SAP, Tableau, Bravo, and TM1) to facilitate the creation of more robust analytics and forecasting tools, which ultimately drive valuable insights as well as more efficient global planning processes Support the End-to-End relationship between Corporate, Regions, Global Services, Supply Chain, and Business Unit Finance pillars. Coordinate the quarter close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting and drive insight into key variances. Opportunity to support cross-functional projects. Prepare ad-hoc reporting & performance analytics Qualifications Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with an area of study in Finance and/or accounting is required. CPA, CMA or other financial certification are preferred. Experience and Skills: A minimum 3 years of finance or related business experience is required. Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes is required. Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success and required. Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required. Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record and intellectual curiosity required. Prior experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of the organization preferred. Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (i.e.: VLOOKUP functions, formulas, pivot tables) is required.
