    Senior Finance Analyst – Surgical Vision Principal

    Job Description

    Johnson & Johnson Vision, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst (SFA). This role will be based in Zug, Switzerland.

    The Principal team is the finance cornerstone supporting the execution of the global tax model for J&J Surgical Vision. Its scope is defined as the financial management and governance of the Principal P&L, including Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP), foreign currency and hedging, and Intercompany Pricing (ICP) and systems net income reconciliation and calculation.

    Within the Principal team, this position is focused on the Surgical Vision franchise. The SFA plays a key role in collaborating with regional BUF teams, Global FP&A and Global Tax Planning to ensure timely and accurate analytics, and reports to the Principal Finance Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    The core responsibilities of the role include:

    • Consolidation and management of the Surgical Vision worldwide Principal P&L, driving insights in forecasting and reporting of

      • Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP).

      • Profit in Inventory (PII) elimination analytics.

      • Currency forecasts for PPV FX and OCI.

      • Intercompany royalties and cost-share agreements.

      • Intercompany subsidies

    • Lead ICP setting and Systems Net Income Calculation

      • Calculation of intercompany prices (ICP’s) in line with Transfer Pricing principles aligned with Global Tax Planning.

      • Drive end-to-end GP visibility for affiliates through validated forecasts and analytics.

    • Lead standardization, enhance financial accuracy and intercompany flows modeling.

    • Drive process automation through Alteryx and explore the further use of advanced analytics tools to simplify processes or provide improved data-driven insights.

    • Promote a strong compliance environment within the existing SOX and J&J WWP framework. Support both internal and external audits as required.

    • Ad hoc analytics supporting business development.

    • Finally, the SFA should continuously challenge the status quo, actively looking for process improvements and simplifications.
