The Robotics & Digital Solutions organization is one of the newest divisions in Johnson & Johnson, formed through the merger of Ethicon's robotics & digital development arm, Auris Health, Verb Surgical, and CSATS. As the Supply Chain Senior Finance Manager, this individual will be responsible for helping to drive both the short- and long-term strategies for end-to-end supply chain activities for the Monarch endoluminal robotic platform and associated instrumentation. This individual will be key to maximizing value within the supply chain, managing a high degree of complexity within demand/supply, and making the very best decisions across a diverse network of internal and external manufacturing to support RAD's rapid growth and drive to benchmark Gross Profit. Responsibilities: Assist all finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, month end close, financial reporting, and business case development Understand, impact, and influence business investment decisions through financial analysis Be the strategic finance partner to Supply Chain and assist with decision-making Develop executive-level analyses and presentations for both key deliverables and ad-hoc projects Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) and serve as a key point of contact for finance guidance Participate in various RAD, Medical Device Supply Chain, Enterprise Supply Chain, and J&J Finance initiatives (e.g. operational improvements) Handle analyses of financial impact of new work methods/processes Perform external and internal benchmarking to enhance value Support various ad-hoc analyses Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance A minimum of 8 years of progressive finance business experience is required Excellent excel modeling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills are required Supply Chain or Cost Accounting experience are strongly preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing and manufacturing processes is preferred This position can be located in either Redwood City, CA and Santa Clara, CA.
