    Position summary

    Janssen Business Services (JBS) belongs to the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. JBS is a global organization located in Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland and Singapore. Within JBS, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures.

    JBS Finance supports 4 principal companies and cross-functional campus services, as well as specialized services to many diverse partners. Located in Beerse (Belgium), we are a team of all-round finance professionals with a special focus on campus support services, technical capabilities and strategic business partnering.

    Currently we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the JBS Belgium team who is controlling the CAPEX portfolio of Janssen Belgium.

    Senior Financial Analyst, Capital Investments

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial planning, analyses and consolidation of a subset of Janssen Belgium’s Capital Expenditures, amounting more than 200 MM Euro CAPEX investments a year.
    • Lead and maintain the financial systems and procedures related to CAPEX, looking for improvements and optimizations.
    • Responsible for the accuracy and timing of the fixed asset closing process as well as compliance with statutory, US GAAP and SOX requirements
    • Provide expertise in NPV/IRR calculations
    • Responsible for several Capex related management reporting and owning the more complicated, one-off CAPEX transactions
    • Participate and take the lead in ad hoc projects
