Job Description Details:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the 100% organization. This individual would have active ownership for Trauma's US reported Sales, Gross Profit, Selling & Marketing P&L lines
This individual should build relationships with multiple partners across Marketing, Selling, Franchise Finance teams, Supply Chain, Global Services.
This is a high visibility role with significant opportunities to present to management across Trauma & Depuy Synthes Commercial and Commercial Finance.
To be successful with these efforts, the candidate must demonstrate the Leadership Imperative qualities and focus on the activities below:
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial insights that will help drive business objectives and keep management informed regarding any changes impacting financial results.
- Responsible for leading business partners through all sales/marketing forecasting cycles and evaluating risks and opportunities for the Trauma business.
- Responsible for monthly sales reporting to senior management, Investor Relations analysis, price/volume/mix analysis, Gross Profit, Revenue SOX compliance, forecasting for all major cycles, and month end/quarter close activities.
- Identify and develop new or clearer ways to bring fact based driven insights to Trauma business leaders
- Drive improvements in execution and support high transparency projects as needed.
- Identifying process improvements for new and changing reporting structures with team members
