    Position summary

    Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst.  This position will be located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

    The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Corporate GOC. This high exposure role will partner across various levels of the Corporate Finance Organization, including consolidating the financial statements and managing forecast updates and latest thinking.  This individual will apply their strong analytical and accounting skills to develop insights required to manage the Corporate financial statements.  In addition, this individual will have the opportunity to present forecast updates to senior Finance management.

    This position will be responsible for leading all forecast planning, and latest thinking processes for the Corporate GOC Financial statements.  The senior financial analyst will partner with various business partners to improve forecast accuracy through variance analysis and commentary consolidations, providing the unique opportunity to present to senior leaders.  This role will serve as the main FP&A point of contact for finance colleagues across Corporate, Enterprise Supply Chain, Enterprise R&D and Global Services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Consolidate, challenge, and present forecast updates and latest thinking
    • Prepare and present forecast update presentations used for senior leaders, using executive level framing to shape the key messages
    • Collaborate with the leadership team and budget owners to improve forecast accuracy for Corporate financial statements
    • Standardize, simplify, and automate forecasting and reporting practices (Tableau, etc.)
    • Partner with other finance groups, such as Consolidations and GS, to ensure accurate financial results and reporting
    • Manage forecast update BRAVO submissions and ad-hoc forecast requests/analysis
    • Manage SOX requirements, SOPs, audit activity (CIA and PWC), etc.
