    Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst – Global HR to be based in New Brunswick, NJ.

    The Senior Financial Analyst will provide day-to-day financial support as well as lead key initiatives working closely with the Global HR Leadership team!

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with Senior HR and Finance Business Partners the preparation and presentation of forecast updates and quarterly result packages to own accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of key deliverables
    • Lead the corporate financial close process and latest thinking exercises – framing key drivers and business outcomes to corporate leadership
    • Manage functional risks & opportunities – challenging key stakeholders when necessary – influencing senior HR leadership decision making to deliver on a compliant and successful business plan
    • Collaborate on the Global HR target setting and long-range financial plan process
    • Orchestrate the Global HR benchmarking exercise to externally measure functional resource deployment, investment, and key cost categories to drive functional trade-off decisions
    • Lead key Global HR projects including automation, technology driven analytical projects, and transformational initiatives. This includes leading key work streams with high exposure to senior leadership and ongoing interaction with business partners across multiple J&J organizations
