Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporation (JJFC) is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, located preferably in the United Kingdom or Germany. Will consider other work locations depending on work experience and geographical location. The Senior Financial Analyst will be the sole-owner of the EMEA Fleet capital budget. This role will play an integral part in shaping the future of Fleet in EMEA through adhoc business case analysis and capital forecasting/management. This individual will work closely/partner with EMEA Fleet Management Teams and 3rd party Fleet Management Companies to gain key Fleet insights about each market to support their analysis/forecasting. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will also contribute to other financial analysis such as, advance payment and high-risk supplier reviews. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to take financial analysis insights and communicate findings back to all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner Ability to conduct complex business case analysis with both big picture and attention to detail in mind Experience in managing a capital budget across various countries with differing currencies Ability to create business plan forecasts and summarize for reporting Month-end/Quarter-end close variance analysis (e.g., price/volume) Demonstrated ability in standardizing and automating processes Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent education Required Years of Related Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years Experience and Skills: Required: Proficient written and verbal English Proven track record of creating successful business partnering relationships at various levels of the organization Team player with strong interpersonal skills Self-starter: ability to work autonomously in a virtual team environment Ability to prioritize key tasks and takes ownership and accountability for results Ability to conduct business case analysis at times with limited/ambiguous data Proficient in Microsoft Excel© & PowerPoint© Experience using SAP© Experience in business planning and financial reporting General understanding of financial accounting principles & reporting standards Other: 5% International travel may be required Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
