The North America Global Functions team is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the US MedTech & Vision Technology teams. Job Description Details: The MedTech & Vision JJT Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the US MedTech & Vision IT Functional Leaders through strategic collaboration. The Senior Financial Analyst will support Business IT for the US MedTech & Vision organizations. Key responsibilities will include the following: Lead all forecast planning/actual close cycles and IT Capital investment support Conduct reviews with budget owners for CAPEX budgets Provide ad hoc analytics/support to business partners by applying performance and data driven insights and metrics to identify new opportunities, efficiencies, or solutions to meet business needs. This includes challenging the status quo, demonstrating business / financial acumen, systems linkages and value stream mapping skills to drive continuous improvement. Provide strategic leadership in helping establish IT strategies to execute projects and achieve targets In addition to closely partnering with JJT, IT PMO, and FP&A, this role will be a key business partner to the CFO (Finance) and CIO within Medical Device and will help in leading the adoption of the SigniFi Finance Quick Wins. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. An MBA and/or CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred. A minimum of three years finance or related business experience is required. Experience with financial planning/analytics is preferred. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions). Experience with SAP, TMI and/or is Tableau is preferred. Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization and have strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills. The ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously is required. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity. Strong continuous improvement mind-set is required. This position will be located in Skillman, NJ and may require up to 10% of domestic and/or international travel.
