In the role, the candidate will be responsible for the E2E supply chain financial support for the key strategic business units of Consumer Eye Health, Myopia and Beauty, with oversight of all Vision Care external manufacturers. This is a high visibility role with opportunities to present to management and support numerous cross-functional processes. The growth and changes in the business will offer the opportunity to build the financial structure and reporting for the External manufacturing support as well as key supporting processes including Financial Management, Business Partnering, Strategic Planning, and Long-Range Financial Planning.

The role will be critical in generating insights for use in providing counsel, risk management, and decision-making recommendations to leadership in both Supply Chain and the broader franchise.

You will partner closely with the External Manufacturing Leadership team, Value Streams, Strategy Innovation and Deployment, and Supply Chain Analytics teams.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Finance Analyst will contribute to build the financial support structure for J&J Vision Care externally manufactured based businesses, providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial analysis and forecasting. The key financial processes that the role will lead are:

• Partner to deliver short-term and long-term Supply Chain results and Gross Profit improvement by providing decision support and influencing and framing the Supply Chain financial picture.
• Support the E2E relationship between Supply Chain, Franchise, Supply Chain Finance Pillars, and Deliver
• Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP) and Value stream leadership and direct partnership with Senior Supply Chain and Finance leaders (CEH-Myopia-Beauty), supporting new business models, portfolio optimization, new product costing & analytics
• Functional costs, project expenses and headcount planning for all supporting supply chain functions
• Directly partnering with SC partners to help enable effective project portfolio (capital and expense) prioritization for NPI, LCM, Network, and BCP investment strategy; support CAR approval and resulting capital and assets management (at suppliers)
• Understand and influence demand, supply, and inventory strategies via partnership with PIC and Make organizations
• Ad Hoc project support, operational improvement initiatives, and other strategic projects requiring SC finance support

• External Manufacturing business partners (across Source, Make, Plan, Quality, Engineering)
• Supply Chain Value Stream, Product Management and SC Analytics teams
• Supply Chain Finance FP&A, Make, and PIC
• Franchise, Commercial and R&D Finance, Acquisition / Divestiture Support
