Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Ethicon Supply Chain manufacturing network. This position can be based in Raritan, NJ; El Paso, TX; San Lorenzo, PR or Guaynabo, PR.

The Ethicon Surgical Care business offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies—including sutures, surgical staplers, clip appliers, trocars and synthetic mesh devices—that are used in a wide variety of minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. Specialties include support for treatment of colorectal and thoracic conditions, women’s health conditions, hernias, cancer and obesity. The North America (NA) Ethicon Supply Chain Finance organization provides exceptional business leadership to bring value throughout the global supply chain as part of Johnson & Johnson’s Hospital Medical Device (HMD) sector. This position will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and leading costing activities across the WC&H Supply Chain network.

• Support all aspects of annual cost revision activities for the WC&H SC E2E network.
• First line Project GET costing liaison for the WC&H platform.
• Provide frequent updates on Project GET progress, risks, and mitigation plan to WC&H E2E leadership team.
• Support all aspects of the implementation of Wave 2 & 3 for Project GET.
• Develop templates to enable robust analytics around cost revision updates for review with Senior leadership.
• Own & perform the reconciliation of NA costs between ERP (JDE) and STRIVE.
• Support STRIVE sourcing master data maintenance with collaboration from the MD PIC COE.
• Support quarterly AGP tool manufacturing cost reconciliations from a Plant perspective.
• Support North America CO governance, establishing a sustainable mod code model.
