The Market Access function sits within the JSI Market Access and Government Affairs team including strategic market access, health economics, pricing, and policy capabilities. Our mission is to ensure that we deliver timely access to Janssen's innovative medicines for Irish patients.
We play a meaningful role in engaging with our customers to deeply understand healthcare delivery and unmet medical need to shape tailored value propositions for healthcare providers. The Healthcare Value and Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading Janssen's collaborative engagement with senior external healthcare partners, payors, and providers in the public and private sectors to enhance healthcare delivery and patient access to transformational medicines where unmet need is highest.
Develop Strong Relationships and partnerships with existing and emerging national public and private healthcare providers and payors to advance care delivery and access to transformational medicines in our disease area strongholds
Shape Deep Understanding of Key National Health Policies to facilitate alignment of business priorities and pipeline strategy
Optimize Patient Access to New Medicines post national reimbursement by anticipating and addressing potential barriers to access through early and strategic engagement with customers and tailoring value propositions accordingly
Lead the Development of Company Strategy for Private Providers and Insurers to enhance time to availability of breakthrough therapies
Shape Access Pathways for Novel Therapies through early customer engagement, enabling a strategic collaborative approach for planning and implementation
Position our Business as a Trusted Partner through the coordination of a national customer engagement plan and shaping opportunities for Janssen to engage as an inspiring leader in value-based healthcare delivery
Be the Ambassador for a Value Based Healthcare approach both internally and externally through creating and shaping opportunities for engagement on the future of healthcare delivery
