Implements cost-effective, results-based, and professionally managed programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Key Account Management capabilities. Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Key Account Management area. Develops actionable insights based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Key Account Management strategy. Implements systems to acquire, retain, and grow key account business across accounts and product lines. Executes client presentations and product demonstrations to effectively close sales and promote competitive advantage. Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
