ew Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, on time, on cost and on scope for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The replacement of the WMS is a key strategic Initiative within the Ethicon and CSS Business Units that will upgrade aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and become the cornerstone for future transformation of our distribution capabilities for the customer. This project will lay the groundwork for the development and deployment of key capabilities (People, Process, Automation, and Technology) to improve efficiency and effectiveness, whilst keeping our customer's needs central to what we do. This project will lay the foundation for the Tier 1 Distribution Centers Global Template.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the interdependencies between the new WMS and USROTC.
Manage End-to-End business process impacts, focusing on upstream and downstream processes fed by the USROTC processes, ensuring process changes are assessed and impacted organizations are aligned.
Participate in end-to-end process mapping for current and future state, ensuring the broader supply chain eco-system (upstream and downstream processes) is represented.
Partner with the Change Management team to identify change impacts and engage the appropriate teams to drive process changes and solutions that function cohesively on an end-to-end basis.
Partner with Customer Service, Franchise Integration, Plan, Finance and Commercial organizations to confirm business requirements, Business Simulation testing and UAT.
Lead Business Process design efforts to optimize cross--franchise customer service processes.
Partner with operations and franchise teams to support on-going change efforts and initiatives to ensure integration to the Distribution Center solution and process design.
Collaborate with IT, Engineering and Distribution to map business capabilities for future business opportunities; assist in aligning business strategy to system strategy and architecture.
Support and drive integration of business solution processes to other major enterprise, sector-level programs (i.e Transcend)
Drive alignment on harmonized processes at both the tactical and management levels across the enterprise.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree specifically in Supply Chain management or related field preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience
Expertise in Order To Cash processes
Medical Device sector/industry experience
Preferred:
Experience in Ethicon, Endo &CSS supply Chain processes
Experience constructing and implementing Business and Operational strategies
Cross-sector project management experience
PMP/FPX training or related certification
Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS methodologies knowledge and/or certifications
Experience directly managing professional level resources
Agile Methodology knowledge or experience
Other:
May require up to 50% domestic travel to other locations and sites
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550/yr.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
