    Position summary

    Position description:

    This role will work closely with Franchise related business stakeholders as well as cross-functional teams of the MedTech business, to develop and execute the external and internal communications strategies and initiatives with maximized impact, to drive business priorities and growth. The role will also partner with the rest of the CPA team to contribute to elevating the corporate reputation of Johnson & Johnson in China.

    Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the integrated external and internal communications strategy to support key priorities of the franchise business
    • Establish the thought leadership across the industry through creating compelling communications narrative and programs for new product launch, patient education, disease awareness, and other related activities.
    • Develop internal communication strategies and programs to support business and people agenda in align with JJMT winning culture in China.
    • Create audience-centric content and channels to support franchise leaders to engage and inspire our employees.
    • Work closely with Global Franchise team to get and share insights and ensure maximized the global exposure of China stories and best practices.
    • Work closely with the corporate communications team and other communication partners to champion and protect the reputation of Johnson & Johnson.
    • Manage issues and crisis for the business to minimize the negative impact
