    Position summary

    Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager - Technical Product Owner for the SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration platform, located in New Brunswick, NJ. Consideration will also be given for Zug, Switzerland. This position is within the Enterprise Procurement product group within Supply Chain Technology in Johnson & Johnson Technology.

    As the Technical Product Owner for SAP Ariba SCC (Supply Chain Collaboration), you will be responsible for leading the transformational deployments of the Ariba SCC (Supply Chain Collaboration) platform for Johnson & Johnson. This position will also own the existing SAP SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration) platform.

    You will lead internal IT partners as well as a team of external service providers who are deploying this capability across Johnson & Johnson to key suppliers in an effort to collaborate and share forecasts, purchase orders, and other supply chain information that is needed to ensure a reliable source of supply.

    SAP SNC and Ariba SCC are crucial enablers that directly connect our internal business partners with suppliers and is part of our ERP journey to transform and digitize our supply chain processes across J&J.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set a clear vision for the SNC and Ariba SCC platform and shape the squad vision / roadmap
    • Steer the squad to deliver products / platforms features / work oriented around business impact
    • Drive increased usage of the products across the segments and franchises through new deployments and the addition of new features and enhancements to the platforms
    • Collaborate directly with the business product owner and product vendor to shape and influence vendor product roadmaps
    • Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
    • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
    • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
    • Collaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelines
