Reporting to the Ethicon U.S. Supply Chain Lead, the US Regional Plan Senior Manager is responsible for leading and taking full accountabilities for all the planning activities within the US region including demand Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and regional inventory management.
Other responsibilities include business planning, leading the US inventory strategy and planning activities, and driving US service management and product allocations, all aiming to deliver on key performance indicators including forecast accuracy, customer service, inventory, and cost improvements.
The US Regional Plan Senior Manager is part of Ethicon LLC legal manufacturer and reports to the Ethicon U.S. Supply Chain Lead for the planning activities related to Ethicon LLC products. This role will ensure close collaboration with the finance and the commercial partners to reconcile and synchronize demand with sales expectations and ensure optimal customer service to end customer and affiliates, while managing inventory to target levels. Also, this role will lead the U.S. Integrate Business Planning (IBP) processes and resources to accurately deliver regional demand through obtaining meaningful market intelligence in achieving sustainable growth and to exceed business expectations. In addition, this role will provide leadership and guidance on the demand, supply and distribution planning processes that drive cost-effective stock-inventory availability while protecting customer service through a robust IBP process.
