THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our Haematology team, in a role that will support our Haematology portfolio, encompassing Leukaemia and Lymphoma. As a Senior Medical Science Liaison, Haematology, you will develop peer-to-peer scientific relationships with health professionals to shape current and future treatments for Leukaemia and Lymphoma based upon strong science, putting patients at the center of everything we do. RESPONSIBILITIES Your key responsibilities will be to: Engage and develop peer-to-peer relationships with therapeutic area experts in Haematology. Interpret complex scientific & clinical data and engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals, gathering actionable insights into current and future treatment pathways and clinical trends Help identify and address medical education and evidence generation needs Work as part of a broader cross-functional team to deliver value to our customers and patients Qualifications IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU To be considered for this role you will have a track-record demonstrating the following: Prior experience as an MSL Deep scientific or clinical knowledge, ideally with a background in Haematology Strong customer focus and sense of urgency Ability to build relationships by understanding and meeting the professional needs of health care professionals Persuasive communicator & presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor of Pharmacy/Master of Science, Medical Degree or PhD COMPANY CULTURE You will be rewarded through a competitive remuneration package along with continuous training, support and award-winning leadership development programs.
