    Operationalize Annual New Hire/Onboarding Training Program for Advanced Therapies CAR-T  

    • Support overall refresh of Onboarding Program through deep analysis of existing curriculum 
    • Support classroom logistics as we transition from virtual to in-person/blended learning 
    • Recommend opportunities to transition select topics from Onboarding to Continuing Education (Employee Maintenance Program) in partnership with Training counterparts (ex: Quarterly/Annual Required Trainings, etc.) 
    • Create cadence for continuous feedback loop to gauge SC input; Manage survey logistics and identify common themes to Training Team; Recommend enhancements to Onboarding Program based on evolving needs/trends  
    • Develop “living” Onboarding Program Calendar and maintain updates as program evolves with new content, speakers, SMEs etc. 
    • Create SharePoint/Teams site for internal Training Team to view latest Onboarding calendar 
    • Share Onboarding Program updates with Training Team counterparts on regular cadence; Identify opportunities to improve and course correct based on SC feedback 
    • Manage outreach to Leadership Team presenters and training facilitators (Subject Matter Experts) to request participation/schedule for Onboarding week 
    • Identify and recommend opportunities to shift Annual Required Trainings to Continuing Education Program  
    • Build and maintain Onboarding Buddy Program: Partner with Legend team to identify optimal Onboarding Buddies and develop tracker to pair Buddies with incoming new hires; Build and execute Train the Trainer program for Onboarding buddy consistency 
    • Manage evolving roster of new hires, buddies, and training facilitators/speakers 
    • Manage distribution of Welcome Letters and update based on enhancements (ex: Onboarding Buddy contact information and immediate next steps as they prepare for Day One in Raritan) 
    • Act as on-site point person for in-person Onboarding classes in Raritan NJ learning space; Co-host live Onboarding class as needed in partnership with Manager of Onboarding Training Program 
    • Support 3rd party Statement of Work contracts/P.O. systems updates as we engage external partners in Onboarding Program 
    • Collaborate with 3P vendors (ex: INNERSPACE) to understand and identify learning innovation to enhance Onboarding experience
