The Senior Plastic Surgery Representative is responsible for achieving Mentor product sales to new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
• Understands and demonstrates proper surgical use of our products to physicians • Handles customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology
• Maintains and expands current accounts, builds new accounts, develops strong customer relationships, and meets sales quotas for our products
• Executes the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive; and which leads the customer to action
• Operates within defined budgetary limits
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties assigned as needed
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $80,000.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
