    Senior Project Manager PMO Quality based in Selzach

    Overview

    Lead global projects or programs across MD Quality to drive growth, delivery, quality and cost improvements in support of the Quality organization. Will be responsible for leading and implementation of strategic opportunities in alignment with the Manager RI and Global Supply Chain Quality (GSCQ) leadership and approved business case in achieving target outcomes, which includes chartering, metrics identification, resource requirements, detailed schedule and milestones including stakeholder communication plan and program level governance. Will tracking and monitoring milestones, identification and mitigation of risk including coaching and guidance of core team and sub-level teams. He will manage all aspects of successful management global and local projects.

    Further responsibilities and duties are

    • Participation, lead and coordination of projects inside the organization or in alignment with the GSCQ leadership team.
    • Participation, lead and coordination of projects across several plants within networks, with local and global focus including the entire supply chain quality structure.
    • Planning of Q-Make project portfolio in order to meet strategic and tactic goals and plan related objectives.
    • Responsibility for specific projects outcome and matching of results with defined project goals, meeting timelines, cost and budget.
    • Reporting about progress and results to upper management levels as well as other employees.
    • Integration into regional PMO structure (councils, program review boards), contact person for PMO Q-Make.
    • Professional and procedural support of all relevant functions within Quality and DePuy Synthes.
    • Leading project Quality Engineer, Project leader or teams.
    • Applying PMO/FPX principles.
    • Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, government regulations and customer specifications.
    • Establish the necessary training programs for the organization related to project management.
    • Lead the Reverse Logistic area in Q-Make with direct report Inspectors.
    • Audit support and responsible for Project related Procedures.
    • Responsible to ensure that project management governance process is fully implemented and monitored.
    • Responsible for reporting of project portfolio contents, savings achievement, capital expenses status, and escalations to upper management.
    • Deputy for Operations and Quality System related activities in absence of the Manager RI & GSCQ.
