    Job Description:

    The Senior Regional FP&A Manager will be dedicated to MedTech sector and be at the centre of region enabling cluster & regional Business Unit Finance's success in planning, reporting, and analytics activities while serving as the CFO's office. This role will be critical in developing relationships with key stakeholders within the Business Unit Finance team as well as relevant Business Partners to ensure their FP&A needs are being met.

    The Manager will play a pivotal role in the simplification & standardization initiative. The Manager will support the FP&A Director to ensure appropriate standardization of FP&A activities as well as lead the effort to identify and evaluate opportunities to refine and enhance the regional / global standards. The Manager will serve a key role in implementing and refining new capabilities for the FP&A group. To be successful with these efforts, the Manager must demonstrate the Leadership Imperative qualities of Connect, Shape, and Deliver.

    The Manager will work closely with the Business Unit Finance team to maintain an understanding of the broader P&L as well as Group Finance, Global Services Accounting, Tax and Systems groups. The Manager will also oversee a team of FP&A Analysts and Senior Analysts and be responsible for coaching, providing feedback and developing the necessary FP&A skills of the analysts. The Manager will play a pivotal role in reviewing critical outputs / work products produced by the Analysts and Senior Analysts and forging internal collaboration across the team to ensure high service delivery levels. The Manager's core understanding of the FP&A process, as well as their ability to take ownership for performance and development of others, will be vital to the success of the MedTech Asia Pac team as a whole

    Key Activities

    • CFO's office for all deliverables and messaging across varied audiences

    • Control tower of FP&A activities bridging the Global Requirements to Cluster Asks and Regional Inputs

    • Business Plan and Monthly/Quarterly Update Support

    • Standard and ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution

    Standardization / Capability Build

    • Drive Global & Regional FP&A standards / digital capabilities within the MedTech Asia Pac group

    • Support the FP&A Director on standardization efforts

    • Develop business acumen within self & team to improve business insights

    Issue/Query Management

    • Prioritization / primary review of deliverables within the FP&A team
