    Position summary

    • Collect and clean data from multiple sources both internal and external - Qlik Sense, Maale, SAP, SF, Panorama.

    • Provide ongoing and accurate reports required for overseas, including risk and opportunity analysis, according to timelines.

    • Analyze data from SalesForce as needed.

    • Monitor sales team performance against the plan regularly - sales results by channel, product, monthly, quarterly, and annually, submitting reports every week as needed.

    • Build sales forecasts based on data analysis, product inventory management, profitability improvement recommendations, and investment returns analysis.

    • Assist in pricing, setting sales targets for various areas, launching plans, leading inventory management projects, returns inventory, consumer behavior, diagnostics, marketing activities, customers, and consumers.

    • Assist sales and marketing team members in data analysis as needed.

    • Lead quarterly sales summaries with an emphasis on analyzing the current situation and concluding.

    • Develop tools for monitoring market forecasts and participation (using BI resources and market research).

    • Conduct monthly and quarterly controls, including SOX controls, documentation, and improvements.

    • Provide financial advice for strategy building.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or equivalent.

    • Advanced Excel skills.

    • High-level English proficiency - experience working with international teams: preparing presentations, calls, correspondence, discussions, and report writing in English.

    • Financial acumen, analytical skills, analysis and conclusion drawing, and understanding of business processes.

    • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in accounting.

    • Analytical skills.

    • Experience with BI tools - an advantage.
