Position summary
As a study manager or director to plan, develop, conduct, analyse and issue reports on Clinical studies to drive high quality and efficient study approach with scientific interpretation of results, for different franchises for their respective launches and claims support/safety requirements, with focus on study and study team management, ensuring SOP compliance, visibility and efficiency to ensuring on time business impact to NPD launch. As APAC clinical need states DRI, potentially global clinical DRI for global projects, develop novel claim and approaches for skin evaluation/visualization/demo requirement, lead communication of key project performance results and identifying/articulating clinical insights to direct technology & product development, with consumer focus and explore innovation models to bring efficiency to the process under compliance to be adding value to the organization for launch or professional communication purpose. As Clinical Subject Matter Expert to explore the novel capabilities of internal globally and external industry, as well as publications, develop new methodologies/models, and new ways to visualize/communicate product performance. Liaise with appropriate internal/external experts for innovation cocreation and dissemination. Fundamental Research: Execute clinical research initiatives from plan to report, facilitate the discussion with multi-function and other technology groups within the Global Skin Care business, to bring research understanding into business application and publication in impactful journal and congress. Collaborate with and oversight external Hospitals/College/Research agencies to deliver the clinical test results and intellectual property. Qualifications At least a Master’s degree on Life Science/Dermatology/Medical/Pharmacology/Biophysics/ Public Health/Evidence based medicine and related fields - PhD with 0+year, MS with 1-2+years of industry and/or relevant work experience in Skin care Clinical research. - Skin fundamental research experience is a plus. - Claim/technical regulation/Upstream innovation is a plus. - Data Science/Medical Science Liaison/Scientific engagement is a plus.
